Welcome to Swipe Up Daddy ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Swipe Up Daddy website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

To use Swipe Up Daddy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have legal capacity to enter into a contract;
• Use the Platform in a jurisdiction where sugar dating is lawful.

We reserve the right to block access to or terminate accounts from locations where such services are prohibited by law.

2. User Roles

Users may identify as:

• Sugar Daddies / Mommies
• Sugar Babies

These roles are for self-identification only. Swipe Up Daddy does not facilitate, promote, or endorse transactional sex, escorting, or illegal activities. Any such use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Paid Memberships & Billing

Swipe Up Daddy offers paid membership tiers with premium features. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

• All purchases are final. NO refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, unused time, or account termination.
• Membership prices may change with advance notice.

4. Subscription Cancellation & Chargeback Policy

To cancel a subscription (including during free trials), users must contact support@swipeupdaddy.com. Cancellations are processed within 24–48 hours.

• Even during free trials, cancellation may take up to 2 days. Charges may apply if the billing cycle renews before cancellation is confirmed.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. By using the Platform, you waive the right to file chargebacks and agree to resolve disputes directly through our support.

5. User Content

You may upload photos, write bios, and send private messages. You agree not to:

• Upload nudity or explicit content in public profile images;
• Post or share illegal, threatening, or exploitative material;
• Promote or request sexual services, escorting, or trafficking.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Trafficking Policy

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Swipe Up Daddy has a strict zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, exploitation, and illegal activities.

You may not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• Mislead or impersonate others;
• Solicit or facilitate transactional sex, prostitution, or escorting;
• Engage in or promote human trafficking or exploitation;
• Advertise sexual services for payment;
• Coerce, threaten, or exploit other users;
• Upload viruses, spam, or harmful scripts;
• Attempt to defraud other users or staff.

Violations may result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund and potential legal consequences.

7. System-Generated and Admin-Controlled Accounts

Swipe Up Daddy may create and operate system-generated or admin-controlled user profiles ("Admin Accounts") to:

• Onboard and engage users;
• Improve platform performance;
• Monitor behavior for safety.

These Admin Accounts may send messages but are not linked to real individuals and are not intended for real-world relationships.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Admin messages may appear in your inbox or matches;
• These profiles are for informational or engagement purposes only;
• No refunds or liability will arise from such interactions.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these Terms;
• Engage in abusive or unlawful behavior;
• Attempt to exploit or defraud others.

You may request account deletion at any time via email.

9. Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect information to provide services, enforce rules, and protect users. Sensitive data is stored securely and processed by third-party providers.

10. User Responsibility & Legal Compliance

You agree:

• To use the Platform lawfully;
• Not to rely on the Platform for real-world vetting or safety;
• That you are solely responsible for your actions on and off the Platform.

Swipe Up Daddy disclaims liability for any damages arising from user interactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Swipe Up Daddy is not liable for:

• Behavior of users online or offline;
• Emotional, financial, or physical damages from Platform use;
• Decisions made in reliance on content or interactions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days before any claim.

12. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration in New Castle County, Delaware. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Any legal action must be brought in New Castle County, Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will appear on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.
